Research scientist and explorer Stu Carter organized an expedition to the Himalaya mountains to find the secretive Abbey doll. Abbey Bominable is believed to be the daughter of the Yeti, which is better known as the Abominable Snowman! The Abbey doll comes with a wholly mammoth pet named Shiver.

Abbey Bominable is the latest in a line of Monster High dolls, including Clawdeen Wolf, Lagoona Blue, Frankie Stein, Holt Hyde, Spectra von Hauntington, Draculaura, and others.
